For winter of 2022 instead of our annual ski trip we are planning to attend the Crossroads Winter Conference in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, January 14-17, 2022.  THis conference is hosted By Clayton King who also puts onthe summer camp MZs attends each June. 

Financials:  Cost is $250 per student and this includes conference, transportaion, lodging for three nights, all meals except the two we will be eating on the road as we travel (think fast food).  Deposits of $100 are due by November 1 with the balance due no later than November 28. We have to confirm our count with the conference on December 1 so these deposit and payment dates are firm.  

Schedule: The conference begins Friday January 14 at 9pm and to allow for travel time, eating, and registration at hotel and conference, we will have to leave Friday at 2pm.  This will require students to dismiss from school early and meet at church at 1pm.

The conference ends on Monday January 17 afternoon and we should return back to the church at approximately 4-5pm.

An information packet with complete information inculding contact information and packing lists will be sent to registration email of all registrants by January 3.
